What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. L/C (Letter of Credit) is available for orders above $10,000. We also support other payment methods for long-term partners.
How long is the delivery time?
For standard products, delivery is typically 15-20 days after receiving the deposit. For custom OEM orders with private labeling, delivery time is 25-35 days depending on packaging complexity and order volume.
